DESCRIPTION


Job Description

(A) Employee Relation / Industrial Relation
Handle all matter pertaining to industrial and employee relations within the organization Promote the positive communication between management and employees Responsible for performance management and merit review process, benefit enrollment, relocation processing, progressive discipline and termination process.

Responsible for the investigation, verification and analysis of any misconduct / grievances and complaints by the employees and carry out domestic inquiries as when required Administer, manage and execute employee engagement surveys including conducting focus group discussion Identify and implement positive employee relations programmes, as well as involve in employee branding initiatives Manage complex and challenging HR projects cross-functionally Assist the HR Manager on the ad hoc projects as at when required

 (B) Welfare Management Ensure timely and quality service delivery of welfare granted to the employees, e.g. uniform administration, locker management, hostel management and canteen management. Administer the welfare programmes and systems in the company to ensure the consistency of the welfare practices. Plan, monitor, review and audit the staff hostel to ensure the upkeep of the hostel contract and compliance of the employees to the hostel rules & regulations.

  

Job Requirement 


- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics, Marketing or equivalent.

- 3 year(s) of working experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

- Applicant should be driven, able to multitask

- Applicants must be willing to work in Ayer Keroh.

-Applicants must be willing to travel across Malaysia and overseas ocassionally.
